Refund policy
Because our products are consumable food items, we're unable to accept returns. That said, we stand behind everything we make — if there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, is incorrect, or the product is defective (for example, a compromised seal), contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, check with your bank first, then reach us through our contact page.
