Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shelf-stable by design

Our snack sticks are fully shelf-stable and don't require refrigeration, so they ship safely year-round — summer heat included.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package appears lost, reach out through our contact page and we'll track it down or make it right.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees may apply).
